Product Introduction

DVS Variable-Pitch Dry Screw Vacuum Pumps deliver stable, oil-free operation for demanding vacuum processes.

• Oil-free pumping chamber eliminates process contamination

• Compatible with condensable gases and light particles

• Enables clean solvent recovery in drying, distillation and purification processes

• Suited for chemical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, aerospace and new-energy industries

• Integrates with Roots vacuum pumps for higher-speed complete vacuum systems

Working Principle

  • • Liquid-free, low-wear structure: Dry screw vacuum pumps use no liquid sealing medium; synchronized counter-rotating screw rotors with controlled clearances achieve contact-free operation with long service life.
  • • Variable-pitch internal compression: Lowers discharge temperature and cuts energy consumption under process loads.
  • • High-vapor-pressure compatible: No liquid condensation in the pumping chamber, suitable for vapor-phase discharge of dichloromethane, acetone and other solvents.

Design Features

Performance & Stability

  • • Twin-screw non-contact compression: wear-free rotors, reliable vacuum performance under harsh process conditions
  • • Stable pumping coverage from atmospheric pressure to 10 Pa, insensitive to seasonal or operational changes

Oil-Free Design & Corrosion Resistance

  • • Dry oil-free pumping chamber: eliminates process contamination and waste oil, supports in-situ solvent/nitrogen flushing
  • • Optional anti-corrosion coatings: Ni-P plating, Hastelloy diffused coating, dual-layer PEK coating for corrosive, solvent-rich media
  • • Straight-through exhaust structure: fast gas discharge, condensate compatible, enables direct downstream solvent recovery

Cooling, Sealing & Installation

  • • Jacket water cooling: lowers operating temperature, supports long-term continuous-duty operation
  • • Configurable sealing: mechanical + lip seal combination, optional air/nitrogen barrier protection for targeted working conditions
  • • Standard IEC flange: easier installation, lower operating noise, improved coupling alignment

Product FAQs

1. What after‑sales support you provide?
12‑month warranty, remote support, video commissioning & spare‑parts supply.
2. Which gases can be drawn? Are there any limitations?

Suitable Media

Clean air, inert gases, condensable gases (water vapor, NMP, solvent vapors), gases with light dust content

Conditions Requiring Custom Configuration

  • • Strongly corrosive gases (acidic, chlorine-based media): matched with anti-corrosion coatings & treatment
  • • High dust concentration: pre-filtration configuration required
  • • Flammable / explosive media: explosion-proof configuration required
  • • Heavy liquid droplets or sudden liquid ingress: targeted structural adjustment

3. What coating should I choose for corrosive process?

Ni‑P for mild corrosion; Hastelloy C‑276 for strong (Please contact us if you require technical support.)

4.Can the extraction speed be adjusted through frequency conversion? What's the range of adjustment?

VFD Variable Frequency Drive

  • • Standard or optional for DV dry screw pumps; stepless pumping rate adjustment via speed control
  • • Adjustable range: 30%–100% rated speed (subject to VFD setup and process needs)
  • • Cuts energy consumption notably under partial load, more cost-effective than fixed-speed operation
  • • Caution: Prolonged low-frequency operation may trigger condensation for condensable media; confirm minimum frequency with our technical team
