DVE series liquid‑ring vacuum pumps adopt single‑stage single‑action structure. Featuring simple construction, easy maintenance, advanced technology, high vacuum degree and reliable operation.
Working Principle
• Main Components: DVE series liquid‑ring vacuum pumps mainly consist of round pump body, eccentric impeller, disc and end covers.
• Liquid‑ring Formation: The rotating impeller generates a liquid ring within the elliptical pump body. The working liquid serves as sealing, compression and cooling medium, requiring no wear‑parts or lubrication.
• Working Principle: Thanks to the eccentric impeller arrangement, liquid reciprocates between impeller blades similar to pistons inside cylinders, to suck and compress gas media.
• Suction Process: At suction phase, the liquid ring moves away from the hub, drawing gas axially through the suction port.
• Discharge & Vacuum Generation: At discharge phase, the liquid ring moves toward the hub, expelling gas axially from discharge port to create vacuum.
• Make‑up Liquid Supply: External pipelines continuously feed make‑up liquid to replenish liquid carried away by discharged gas.
Design Features
• Top‑mounted steam‑water separator: Saves space and effectively reduces noise.
• Bush: Fabricated from high‑chromium stainless steel to extend service life.
• Castings: All resin‑sand cast and annealed.
• Pump body: Multiple material options, processed by high‑precision CNC machining.
• Unique flexible exhaust port: Avoids over‑compression to deliver optimal efficiency within performance range.
• Cavitation‑protection port: Eliminates cavitation noise while maximizing suction performance and protecting the pump.
• Imported bearings : Stabilize impeller‑disk clearance, ensure accurate impeller positioning for stable and continuous operation.

Product FAQs
1. What gases can the DVE pump handle? Gases and water vapor, reaching up to 33 mbar abs. (97% vacuum).
2. How does it prevent cavitation damage? A standard cavitation protection port eliminates noise and protects internal components.
3. Is it suitable for corrosive environments? Yes. It features a standard SS impeller, with full SS wet parts available for harsh conditions.
4. What ensures its high efficiency and long life? A unique PTFE flexible exhaust port prevents over-compression and maximizes durability.
Performance Curves
The above performance curves are obtained under the following conditions: suction medium of saturated air at 20°C, water as the
working liquid at 15°C, and an exhaust pressure of 1013 mbar.
